Sarah always has an eye on the big picture and works with what matters to clients. That’s one of the reasons she’s passionate about collaborative law because even though she’s a technical lawyer she’s seen time and time again how it’s a better process that delivers better outcomes for clients no matter what the issues are or how difficult it seems.
Kirsty began her career in New Zealand but (fortunately for us) moved to Australia in 2010. She is our go-to person for surrogacy and parentage work (which is really complicated, so you’ll need an expert) and has spoken at conferences and even participated in a parliamentary roundtable inquiry on the subject.

Kristal joined the team in 2020, bringing 15 years of experience working with children and families at the interface of Family Law. She is a separation and divorce Coach, a qualified Mediator, a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and a Child Consultant.
JK is a chartered accountant within our accounting and advisory team who also trained as a lawyer, making him particularly suited to our multidisciplinary practice. He works closely with the lawyers to ensure that our clients get the best advice in the financial aspects of their matters.
Tim joined the firm in 2016 having worked solely in wills and estates across all Australian jurisdictions. Unsurprisingly, he comes to the firm with a deep passion for all things estates – whether it be estate planning, probate, estate administration, and estate dispute resolution.
