Family Law Settled in a Weekend

Melbourne (03) 8376 7000
Canberra (02) 6115 9000

Why are we different?

We’re specialists – we only do what we are good at. We use a network of trusted referrers to help you, but we stick to what we’re best at.

We’re client focussed. We treat you like a person and not like a case. We want to discuss with you how we can best help you (like a doctor, not a mechanic).

We collaborate. We commit to helping you reach agreement without taking you to court.

We’re offering our clients fee flexibility. We tailor our service to meet your needs. We offer certainty about fees, all the time.

Our Lawyers

Sarah Keenan

Sarah Keenan

Sarah always has an eye on the big picture and works with what matters to clients. That’s one of the reasons she’s passionate about collaborative law because even though she’s a technical lawyer she’s seen time and time again how it’s a better process that delivers better outcomes for clients no matter what the issues are or how difficult it seems.

Kirsty McLeod

Kirsty McLeod

Kirsty began her career in New Zealand but (fortunately for us) moved to Australia in 2010. She is our go-to person for surrogacy and parentage work (which is really complicated, so you’ll need an expert) and has spoken at conferences and even participated in a parliamentary roundtable inquiry on the subject.
